Among the books, videos, seminars and mentors who had an influence on me, few have had a greater impact than “The 4 Disciplines of Execution”. Looking back, I understand now that my experience as a head basketball coach in my early 20’s taught me that “strategy without execution is useless—Execution without strategy is aimless”. When I was introduced to the 4 disciplines of execution it gave me a simple reference to understand “the habits” that drive personal and team success. Those 4 disciplines were the inspiration that guided the features and functionality of the “Win the Week” mobile app.
It has been said that “All genuine learning comes through experience”. If that is true, then I am truly an expert on how to gradually defeat bad habits and progress effectively toward being fulfilled. Additionally, my 20-year career teaching, coaching, and mentoring have allowed me to sharpen my skills and polish my system for helping others maximize their potential.
